Fibromyalgia

This has been a rough night. The pain started last night, and has continued this morning. I cannot get comfortable. My entire body is screaming pain. I am still trying to stay positive, my emotional well-being is all right, but the physical pain is terrible.

It came out of nowhere…looking back, there were some warning signs the past couple of days, but I ignored them. Not smart.

Allergies also acting up, but this is a given.

Tis the nature of life.

Might I recommend Covenant Natural Health Care in Kentucky? http://www.covenantnaturalhealthcare.com/

This has done wonders for me. The great news is that it is not a “given” that we should suffer from allergies and immune disorders like fibromyalgia!

I am sorry you are hurting. *hugs*

What do you eat and drink Heidi?
Could your condition be a result of
being poisoned from the food and
    water in the USA?

I have found that I have to be very
careful of what I eat and drink.
I drink filtered tap water,I do not
    drink sodas.or eat meat.

I have found red apples to be good
    for me (so far).

My niece got improvemnt by taking 4 grams of fish oil daily. I am a vegetarian so I take Evening Primrose Oil and Flaxseed oil though I take more than she does. Look up Essential Fatty Acid in Wikipedia to see how crucial EFAs are to feeling pain.

Does anyone here recommend anything else that has helped them or someone close to them?

I have convinced her to test her allergic reactions to various foods using the pulse test.
