Virginia teen athlete in wheelchair after H1N1 vaccine shot

A teenage Virginia athlete is in a wheel chair now after suffering Guillain-Barre Syndrome within hours after receiving an H1N1 swine flu vaccine shot. 14-year-old Jordan McFarland developed severe headaches, muscle spasms and weakness in his legs after being injected. He will need “extensive physical therapy” to recovery, reports MSNBC. Plus, he’ll need the help of a walker for four to six weeks.

Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) is the name given to anyone who exhibits a particular set of neurological symptoms including muscle weakness and muscle spasms. GBS is now increasingly occurring following H1N1 vaccine injections. It was diagnosed in thousands of patients following the 1976 swine flu vaccine scare, and it appears to be recurring here in 2009 as the swine flu vaccine makes it into more widespread distribution.

Health authorities, however, remain adamant that H1N1 vaccines are never the cause of GBS, and that such diagnoses are “pure coincidence.” This blatantly unscientific P.R. tactic is designed to dismiss any and all concerns over the neurological side effects of H1N1 vaccines by simply denying they exist. To date, the CDC has received reports of five additional people being diagnosed with GBS following swine flu vaccinations, but it dismisses them all as coincidence. “It’s much less than we’d expect,” says CDC official Dr. Claudia J. Vellozzi. (Which is sort of interesting all by itself, because it reveals that the CDC expects a lot more people to get GBS following vaccine injections…)

At the same time, part of the reason the CDC isn’t receiving many reports on neurological disorders caused by H1N1 vaccines is because they participated in a massive media brainwashing event that prepped the population to dismiss all side effects by pre-announcing the bizarre idea that “side effects experienced after vaccine injections are not related to vaccines.”

This was an organized, nationwide media brainwashing campaign engineered by the CDC, FDA and drug companies. It sought to pre-program health consumers to automatically dismiss serious side effects that appeared in the hours after receiving swine flu vaccine injections.

The campaign worked. In fact, even the GBS of this young man, Jordan McFarland, wasn’t submitted to the CDC. It only came to light when his step-mother submitted details to MSNBC.com’s reader reporting tool. In other words, this was citizen journalism at work, where a parent submitted information directly to the media.

For this to occur is exceedingly rare. Most parents would simply wait for their doctor to submit such information to health authorities, not knowing that submitting reports of vaccine-related side effects remains voluntary in modern medicine.

You read that right: There is no requirement that doctors send reports of vaccine side effects to any health authority at all. And that raises the question: So how do they really know how many people are suffering neurological side effects from the H1N1 vaccines?

Queens Schoolchildren Complain After Swine Flu Shots

MYFOXNY.COM – It was a panicky scene at P.S. 124 in South Ozone Park, Queens, Monday when some students complained of headaches after getting the swine flu vaccination.

After one or two children said they felt sick, apparently more children swamped the nurse’s office, officials said.

The Health Department told Fox 5 that the school called 911 in an abundance of caution. Three children were taken to Jamaica Hospital for headaches, dizziness, and nausea. One of the children complaining of symptoms hadn’t even gotten the vaccine.

However, school and health officials point out that it is not uncommon for people to have minor reactions to any vaccination, including the swine flu shot.

Quebec Woman Dies After H1N1 Vaccine

*How convenient. She dies of swine flu two days after receiving the vaccine. It must be an incredible coincidence.*

A 42-year-old Quebec woman has died from complications resulting from the H1N1 virus.

It is the third death in the province since September.

The woman, who worked at the Monteregie Health and Social Services Centre, died Tuesday night.

Public health officials said the woman was not a nurse or front line worker who was in contact with patients.

She had also received the H1N1 vaccination on Oct. 29, two days before coming down with symptoms of the flu.

Recipients Of The Swine Flu Vaccine Are Being Given CDC “Vaccination Record” Tracking Cards

Swine flu vaccinations began Monday in Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee, and recipients of the H1N1 vaccination are being given CDC “vaccination record” tracking cards to help keep a record of who has received the swine flu vaccine.  This news is causing concern among privacy advocates who are worried that the U.S. government could use these CDC swine flu vaccination cards to track down those who have not had the vaccine if the government decides to make the swine flu vaccine mandatory.

News about these swine flu vaccination cards was dropped in the middle of an AP story about  the beginning of swine flu vaccinations in the United States.  When this was discovered, many concerned citizens started asking questions about these swine flu vaccination cards.

Fortunately there is a little bit more information out there about them.  The following is from the CDC’s official website:

Recipients of the 2009 H1N1 vaccine will be provided with a hand-held card to serve as a record of vaccination and a source of information should a report to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) be needed. Vaccine recipients will be encouraged to bring the hand-held card at their next visit to their primary care provider so that vaccination information can be transcribed into the patient’s permanent medical record.

So there it is.

Health authorities are going to have a record of exactly who has received the swine flu vaccine.

But another disturbing aspect of the paragraph above is that it sounds like they are expecting adverse side effects

Why would that be?

Well, as we have documented in other articles there are a lot of reasons, but one certainly is that all of the early batches of the H1N1 swine flu vaccine are all of the nasal spray variety that contain live swine flu.

All of the early batches of the swine flu vaccine contain live swine flu.

The product is called FluMist, and you have probably already seen video on the news of it being injected into the nasal passages of people getting the swine flu vaccine.

According to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, somewhere between 10 million and 100 million swine flu viral particles are forcefully injected into the nostrils when FluMist is administered to a patient.

Are you ready to have millions upon millions of swine flu virus particles injected into your nasal passages?

Don’t you think that injecting live swine flu into the nasal passages of millions of Americans might just be a little dangerous?

Russell Blaylock, MD – What To Do If Force Vaccinated

Dr Blaylock’s List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:

1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction. Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.

2. Take fish oil. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.

The curcumin and quercetin in particular have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions says Dr Blaylock.

4. Vitamin E, the natural form that is high in gamma-E will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines.

5. An important ingredient on the list is Vitamin C at a dose of 1000 mg, taken four times a day between meals. It is a very potent anti-inflammatory and should be taken in a buffered form, not as absorbic acid, says Dr Blaylock.

According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotinoids, like astaxanthin. 7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).

11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only ‘vitamin’ the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion.

Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.

Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:

i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;

ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;

iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.

12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.

13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation – such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.

14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.

15. Pop parsley and celery in a blender and drink 8 ounces of this mixture twice a day. Evidence Of The ACTUAL ORIGINS Of The 2009 “Pandemic Influenza” With A Glimpse Into Its Esoteric Symbolism

In March of 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) announced an outbreak of “Swine Flu” in Mexico and in Southern California. Within a few months, the “outbreak” increased in scope resulting in the WHO issuing a “Level 6 – PANDEMIC” alert.

Both the WHO and the CDC announced in April, that the influenza virus responsible for the “pandemic” is a “novel triple reassortant virus” that combines H1N1 (swine) virus with H5N1 (avian) virus and Human flu virus, (H3N2). This information is patently and absolutely FALSE. According to the CDC’s own magazine, “Emerging Infectious Diseases”, outbreaks of a “novel reassortant triple virus” have been occurring since 2005. These outbreaks were just as significant as the California and Mexican cases, but for some reason, it was not reported in the mainstream media.

In the September, 2008 edition of the CDC’s own EID Journal, the story of the 2005 diagnosis and patient history of the same Swine/Bird/Human virus now identified as the “2009 Novel Swine Flu” is well documented.

Three short weeks after receiving a standard flu shot, a 17 year old boy in Wisconsin comes down with influenza symptoms. Cultures taken from the boy, however, show that he is not suffering from a normal flu virus, but rather has a “novel triple virus” consisting of Avian, Swine and Human viruses.

The authors of the CDC’s published report are quick to not place any blame on the vaccine being the cause of the disease, but instead declare that the illness was most likely due to the boy assisting in the butchering of a number of pigs three days earlier. However, further sampling of the area swine herds did not result in obtaining any “novel” flu viruses, and the boy only, and no other individual doing the swine butchering was infected.

Moreover, the question of exactly how the boy obtained the H5N1bird virus is still unexplained nor even asked within the article. (Even though the boy was in close proximity with a live chicken that was eventually “sacrificed in a religious (Jewish) ritual” in the home) – this fact was ruled out as a possible source of the bird-flu strain. This was likely due to the fact that the “bird-flu” strain originated in turkeys and not in chickens.

Upon closer inspection of the story, (i.e. following the footnotes) some very interesting facts become known.

1. The “novel” strain of swine/avian/human flu was completely absent from any sampling of swine and humans from 1930 to 1998. Then, out of nowhere, the “reassortant” triple virus appears in North American swine herds in 1998. What could have caused this to happen so suddenly?

2. Researchers discovered that the “reassortant” strains infecting the pigs were entirely HUMAN in origin, meaning they didn’t mutate naturally in the swine populations, but were introduced into the pigs by human intervention.

This researcher concludes that the new virus was introduced by humans INTO the pig herds, not vice versa. It is common practice that modern CAFO swine farms have strict sanitation standards designed not to provide protection to the humans entering the facility from catching disease from the pigs, but rather, to prevent the pigs from becoming infected by outside humans. Moreover, these massive, corporate CAFOs (confined animal feeding operations) are constantly injecting the pigs with vaccines and steroid drugs to elicit rapid weight gains and growth. After all, in the CAFO industry, time is big money – and the pigs must get to optimum market weight as quickly as possible. These vaccines could easily explain how bird viruses mixed with human viruses ended up in the blood of swine herds in North America instantaneously. Moreover, virus DNA is more apt to mutate or “drift” when exposed to steroids or growth hormones such as those routinely injected into large corporate farm swine herds.

So, where could the 17 year old Wisconsin boy have possibly contracted the current “novel” virus back in 2005? It is highly likely that the boy received a flu vaccine from California-based vaccine giant, CHIRON’S 2004 “HOT” LOT which had been PROVEN TO BE CONTAMINATED WITH *LIVE* VIRUSES. This would help explain the involvement of the New York health department, and why Novartis moved so quickly to purchase Chiron completely in 2005.

Why has the CDC and the WHO apparently ignored these vitally important pieces of information, and why have they withheld it from the American public? Why was the New York health inspector (Alexandra P. Newman) sent to Wisconsin by the CDC to investigate this case and author the paper, and why did it take three years (2005-2008) to complete it?

MORE INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE

In a recent April 30, 2009 “update” the World Health Organization’s “INFOSAN” in conjunction with the United Nations’ “Food and Agriculture Organization made some very interesting declarations, in light of the documentations outlined in this paper.

On page 2 of the report, the experts correctly declare that “swine influenza viruses do not normally infect humans”. The report further explains that in order for a human to become infected with a “swine virus” (i.e. in an “abnormal” situation) – the human would have to literally exchange bodily fluids with an infected pig. However, it is also true that pigs can readily catch human flu viruses that are merely airborne, (thus the need to protect the CAFO pigs from human-borne infections.)

Furthermore, this April 30 report declares this sobering truth: “The implicated (novel pandemic virus causing such world PAN-ic) HAS NOT BEEN ISOLATED (found) IN PIGS!!!” The obvious question then is simply, if it has never been found naturally in pigs, (as the Wisconsin study of 2005 amply corroborates) then WHERE DID IT COME FROM? Why is it still being called “swine” flu, if has been shown to have never been found in swine?

SOLVING THE PUZZLE

I submit most mysteries in life are like a giant Sudoko puzzle – and can often be solved through the use of logic and elimination of information that doesn’t fit. What information does fit into this particular puzzle, and how can the missing squares in the 9X9 matrix be filled?

It is a fact that Dr. Jeffrey Taubenberger began working in the mid-90’s on reverse engineering the deadly 1918 virus that killed untold millions of people. It is a fact that he assembled his “team” at the U.S. Army Institute of Pathology in 1996 and officially began work on the “project” in 1997. It is a fact that in 1997, Taubenberger published a paper in the journal “Science” identifying that the 1918 killer virus was a “triple reassortant novel” virus containing genetic segments of Human, Swine, and Avian origin. Taubenberger completes his “project” in 2003, then begins working for the NIH in the area of Vaccine development. In 2005, a Wisconsin boy is diagnosed with the same triple virus now declared a pandemic by the WHO in 2009, SHORTLY AFTER RECEIVING A FLU SHOT.

It is also a fact that the world’s largest multi-national pharmaceutical corporation, Novartis, applied for a patent for a vaccine designed to address a “novel reverse-engineered triple reassortant pandemic virus” on November 4, 2005 – just a week before the Wisconsin boy receives his flu vaccine – and a month before the boy develops the first case of “triple” virus. This patent is granted in February of 2009, then a very short month later, the same “triple-virus” is publicized world-wide as a terribly deadly Mexican outbreak. Within days, Novartis receives billions of dollars in vaccine contracts from panicked nations.

In fact, the CDC and the WHO have quit listing the cases and the fatalities, quite possibly because of this fact. They may be concerned that people will begin to ask: “This doesn’t appear to be that deadly, why all the hysteria calling for a headlong rush to implement mass vaccination in our schools and in pregnant women?” The same people would likely then ask in the next breath: “Could it be possible that the vaccine can likely be many times more dangerous than the disease itself??”

Fact: I have shown that the CDC and the WHO have misled America as to the history and origins of the “Triple Virus”, so why should we believe their projections about the coming waves of death unless vaccines are pushed?

So, using Sudoku puzzle logic, what fits in the missing blanks? It should be obvious that this “virus” is not natural and is a product of “reverse engineering” in U.S. Army labs. Given all of the other information, that is the only conclusion that fits. It completes the puzzle very nicely.

It is also readily apparent that Novartis, headquartered in Basel Switzerland has a very close and cozy relationship with the Club of Rome, who in turn founded the WHO, which in turn founded the “International Food Safety Authorities Network” (INFOSAN) which works in joint unity with the United Nation’s F.A.O. (Food and Agriculture Organization.) INFOSAN and the FAO have recently advocated installing unrealistic regulations on U.N. member-nation’s food supplies – regulations that would benefit only the large corporate farms while bankrupting small independent farms. Moreover, they are the architects of CODEX ALIMENTARIUS, which restrict the flow of natural and organic health supplements to the world.

Notice the “serpent” on the staff of the WHO symbol – with the U.N. logo in the background. The U.N. logo shows the earth divided into 33 segments – symbolizing the 33 levels of universal freemasonry. The INFOSAN logo shows the earth constricted by wide strips – as if the earth is under its complete bondage and control. This is sinister enough, I would submit – but lets take a look next at the FAO logo.l

At first glance, this international logo looks benign and harmless enough, doesn’t it? First glances can be deceiving, however.

Look closer, and you will see two Latin words in the circular logo. These words are: “Fiat Panis”. According to the founders of FAO, the English translation of this is: “Let there be Bread”. Simple enough, but who (or what) is destined to “control” the bread, – i.e. the world’s food? Let’s see the dictionary’s definition of these two words.

Next let’s take a look at the work “Panis”.

PANIS: The Panis are a class of demons in the Rig-Veda. Derived from PANI-, a term for “bargainer, miser,” especially applied to one who is sparing of sacrificial oblations. The Panis appear in RV 10.108 as watchers over stolen cows.

WHO moves forward in secrecy to accomplish forced vaccination and population agenda

The WHO has refused to release the Minutes of a key meeting of an advisory vaccine group – packed with executives from Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi – that recommended compulsory vaccinations in the USA, Europe and other countries against the artificial H1N1 “swine flu” virus this autumn.

In an email this morning, a WHO spokesperson claimed there are no Minutes of the meeting that took place on July 7th in which guidelines on the need for worldwide vaccinations that WH0 adopted this Monday were formulated and in which Baxter and other pharma executives participated.

Under the International Health Regulations, WHO guidelines have a binding character on all of WHO’s 194 signatory countries in the event of a pandemic emergency of the kind anticipated this autumn when the second more lethal wave of the H1N1 virus — which is bioengineered to resemble the Spanish flu virus — emerges.

In short: WHO has the authority to force everyone in those 194 countries to take a vaccine this fall at gunpoint, impose quarantines and restrict travel.

There is verifiable, clear and unambiguous proof that WHO supplied the live bird flu virus to Baxter’s subsidiary in Austria, which was used by Baxter to manufacture 72 kilos of vaccine material in Febuary.

Baxter subsequently sent this material out to 16 labs in four countries under a false label designating the contaminated product as vaccine material, so nearly triggering a global pandemic.

Because Baxter must adhere to strict biosafety level 3 regulations when handling a dangerus virus such as the bird flu virus, the production and distribution of so much pandemic material cannot have been an accident but must have been done by Baxter with criminal intent.

The Austrian police are now investigating after I filed criminal charges in April.

It is increasingly clear that WHO and Baxter are just elements in a much bigger criminal organisation that is moving forward in a synchronised and coordinated way to fulfil the “elite” agenda of global population reduction in the coming months and years while putting in place a global government of which WHO will be an arm.

WHO, a UN agency, appears to play a key role in coordinating the activities of labs, vaccine companies and governments to achieve the goal of population reduction and political and economic take over of North America and Europe:

- First, WHO gives funds, support and cover to labs such as the CDC to bioprospect for pathogens, bioengineer them to make them more deadly, and also patent them.

- Second, WHO gives those same deadly bioengineered pathogens to companies such as Baxter in Austria, so that Baxter could use those viruses to deliberately, systematically contaminate vaccine material. If the contamination of the 72 kilos had not been detection on time by a lab technician in the Czech Republic, millions of people would have caught the “bird flu” from the injections.

- Third, in the event of a pandemic, WHO orders a compulsory vaccines for all 194 countries, following “recommendations” by an advisory vaccine group on which executives of Baxter also sit.

- Fourth, WHO awards Baxter, Novartis, Sanofi and other companies lucrative contracts to supply those vaccines.

Furthermore, WHO acquires new global authority on an unseen scale in the event of a pandemic.

Under special pandemic plans enacted around the world including the USA, in 2005, national governments are to be dissolved in the event of a pandemic emergency and replaced by special crisis committees, which take charge of the health and security infrastructure of a country, and which are answerable to the WHO and EU in Europe and to the WHO and UN in North America.

If the Model Emergency Health Powers Act is implemented on the instructions of WHI, it will be a criminal offence for Americans to refuse the vaccine. Police are allowed to use deadly force against “criminal” suspects.

Through their control of these special pandemic crisis committees with the power to enact legislation to be set up most countries, the WHO, UN and EU become the de facto government of a large part of the world.

Mass murder and death will also bring economic collapse and disruption, starvation and wars – and these events will lead to a further population reduction.

To sum up: WHO helps create, distribute and then release the deadly pandemic virus, and this pandemic virus allows WHO to assume control of governments in North America and Europe and also order forced vaccination on populations by the very same companies that have distributed and released the deadly viruses in the first place and all under under the pretext of protecting populations from a pandemic they have created.

The corporate mainstream media owned by the same “elite” group which funds WHO is systematically concealing from the general public the nature of the real danger of these H1N1 jabs by withholding from them key information concerning the interrelated activities of this group of organisations for their mutual profit.

As a result, most people still believe that the H1N1 virus is a natural swine flu when even WHO has officially dropped the term “swine” in tactic acknowledgement of its artificial origin.

Most people still believe the vaccine companies can deliver a cure when the vaccine companies are preparing a lethal series of shots containg live attenuated virus, toxic metals and other poisons.

The two-dose H1N1 shots are designed to disable the immune system and then load that system with a live virus in a process that mirrors the one described in two of WHO’s 1972 memoranda where the technical means for turning vaccines into killers is outlined.

The Strecker Memorandum also reveals that WHO has been actively searching for ways to weaken the immune system.

The best protection against the H1N1 virus that has now been released and that will inevtiably become more lethal as it mutates in autumn is colloidal silver and also vitamins to strengthen the immune system, face masks and other such measures.

However, none of the governments in North America or Europe have stocked up on colloidal silver or announced sensible health measures to contain the coming lethal wave.

Instead, there are growing signs, they will use the panic to terrify people into taking the toxic vaccines which are sure to cause injury or damage because of the presence of heavy metals alone.

This mass vaccination will moreover alllow ever more lethal strains to emerge and also provide a cover for a release of bird flu virus or other pathogens.

This is why steps need to be taken now to stop the mass vaccinations anticipated in autumn by taking legal action to block the distribution of vaccines and/or laws allowing govenrments to force people to take vaccinations.

An investigation into this international corporate crime syndicate has to be conducted in every country because it has its tentacles in every country, and to try to initiate this in the USA, I filed charges with the FBI against WHO and the UN among other defendants in June. I included President Obama among the defendants because I believe the time has come to identify and isolate the core members of this international corporate criminal group which has annexed high government office in the USA, and put them in prison once and for all, and there are reports that Obama has direct financial links with Baxter that need to be investigated by law enforcement.

There is evidence the Austrian Health Minister and other officials have been helping Baxter to cover its tracks.

Also, there is clear evidence that elements of the Austrian media are involved in actively spreading lies and misinformation to lull people into a false sense of security concerning Baxter’s manufacture and distribution of pandemic material in Austria this February.

Vital is for individuals and local authorities need to take effective measures to protect against the coming lethal wave of the H1N1 virus to minimise its impact.

Journalist Files Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009

In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.

Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.

In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.

Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.

She charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This “swine flu” is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.

WHO’s claim that this “swine flu” is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.

Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the “swine flu” are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of “deaths” has been documented.

There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.

Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its “primary outcome measure” an “adverse events rate”, thereby meeting the U.S. government’s own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).

She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the “swine flu” agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.

The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.

In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.

Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

She further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world’s population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.

By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region’s natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. And by eliminating the U.S. and its democratic constitution by subsuming it under a North American Union, the international crime group will have total control over North America.
