Department of Homeland Security Prepares for Midwest Disaster

This blog post is a little off topic but I find this information to be very interesting. The Dept. of Homeland Security is preparing for a disaster in the New Madrid fault zone region.
DHS has requested a supplier for meals for disaster victims:

It is clear that The Department of Homeland Security is investing a lot of money in preparation for a major disaster with in the U.S. The time frame on these requests are relatively short. What do they know? Is there an earthquake coming?

FEMA Trailers Heading Toward Main Cities
*My ex was a truck driver. I used to go around with him to alleviate his boredom, did his logs and such. We came across many empty buildings that were quite suspicious. Inside source reveals FEMA & DHS preparing for mass graves and martial law near Chicago
An Indiana county municipal official in the vicinity of Chicago reveals the contents of his meetings with FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security. The initial requests seem reasonable enough when FEMA asks the county officials to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan to deal with flooding, fires, high winds and tornadoes. But as the required meetings and calls with FEMA and DHS continue over a two year period their request become more unusual, raising suspicions of county officials.
“We want to know every important thing in this county. We want to know where police departments are. Where weapons are stored. Hazardous material. Where can we land a helicopter. Where are the airports. How big a plane can you land at the airport. Where are all the bridges. Where are all the power stations. Where are all the generating stations.Where are all the substations. They literally wanted to know where everything was. I’m sitting there thinking man if there was ever martial law. This kind of information is exactly the kind of stuff they are going to want. We’re just laying it all out for them right there.”
During the legally mandated meetings held with FEMA and DHS different disaster scenarios were reveled to county officials:
- In late December 2008 municipal officials were invited to Indianapolis for a briefing on the state of Indiana. There were told if industry were to collapse for example GM going bankrupt resulting in mass unemployment a depression would soon follow and municipalities could expect to loose 40% of their funds.
- Every county in the nation would be required to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan.
- The county should prepare a plan to vaccinate the entire population within 48 hours and practice the plan several times.
- FEMA inquired to where mass graves could be placed in the county and would they accept bodies from elsewhere.
- The sheriff’s department via the state sheriff association was told that no .223 ammunition rounds would be available as the military would be purchasing all stocks.
- The county was asked to make plans for “hardening” of police and fire stations, putting in hardened bunker type buildings around town.
- The county was asked to make plans for the possibility of up to 400,000 refugees from Chicago.
FEMA sources confirm coming martial law, says Wayne Madsen
Wayne Madsen a Washington based investigative journalist, author, columnist and former U.S. Naval Officer reported on April 3rd, 2008 the existence of a document called the “C & R” document is being passed around among senior members of Congress and their staff.
Bush planning martial law
FEMA sources have told Madsen today that the Bush administration is putting final touches on a plan that would initiate martial law in the event of continuing economic collapse causing massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.
Troops on American streets
In addition to FEMA sources, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade to NorthCom to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement for the purpose of traffic control, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared.
America may default on it’s loans
The “C & R” document reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwritten from China, Japan and Russia and America unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world.
“Conflict” is the “C word” in the document.
Washington fears a popular Revolution
The other possibility discussed in the document is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government.
“Revolution” is the document’s “R” word.

Wayne Madsen reported the existence of the “C & R” document on April 3rd, 2008. The new information is the contingency plan being finalized by the Bush administration to initiate Continuity of Government by suspending The Constitution and declaring martial law in the event of a “crisis.”
Assigning the 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division to NorthCom is a step toward implementation of the “Conflict & Revolution” document.

The major news outlets have NOT been reporting the catastrophe in Texas as much as they should be.
FEMA has, once again, failed.
I cannot reiterate this enough…IF THERE IS A DISASTER, THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT BE THERE TO ASSIST YOU.

300 National Guardsmen out of food and water in Houston
HOUSTON – Hundreds of first responders at two staging areas in Texas for Hurricane Ike have run out of food and water.
Congressman John Culberson said Sunday that 300 National Guardsmen, state troopers and other emergency workers are going hungry at a high-school football stadium — and at another staging area on Houston’s west side.
Culberson blamed FEMA for the gaffe and says he tried to contact Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, who is touring flood-stricken areas of Texas.
Culberson says several buses full of gas are sitting idle at the stadium while crews await instructions. He called on area residents to take food and water to the crews at the stadium — despite official warnings for people to stay off Houston roads.
