[23 miles off the coast of Gaza, 15:30pm] – Today Israeli Occupation Forces attacked and boarded the Free Gaza Movement boat, the SPIRIT OF HUMANITY, abducting 21 human rights workers from 11 countries, including Noble laureate Mairead Maguire and former U.S. Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney (see below for a complete list of passengers). The passengers and crew are being forcibly dragged toward Israel.

“This is an outrageous violation of international law against us. Our boat was not in Israeli waters, and we were on a human rights mission to the Gaza Strip,” said Cynthia McKinney, a former U.S. Congresswoman and presidential candidate. “President Obama just told Israel to let in humanitarian and reconstruction supplies, and that’s exactly what we tried to do. We’re asking the international community to demand our release so we can resume our journey.”

According to an International Committee of the Red Cross report released yesterday, the Palestinians living in Gaza are “trapped in despair.” Thousands of Gazans whose homes were destroyed earlier during Israel’s December/January massacre are still without shelter despite pledges of almost $4.5 billion in aid, because Israel refuses to allow cement and other building material into the Gaza Strip. The report also notes that hospitals are struggling to meet the needs of their patients due to Israel’s disruption of medical supplies.

“The aid we were carrying is a symbol of hope for the people of Gaza, hope that the sea route would open for them, and they would be able to transport their own materials to begin to reconstruct the schools, hospitals and thousands of homes destroyed during the onslaught of “Cast Lead”. Our mission is a gesture to the people of Gaza that we stand by them and that they are not alone” said fellow passenger Mairead Maguire, winner of a Noble Peace Prize for her work in Northern Ireland.

Just before being kidnapped by Israel, Huwaida Arraf, Free Gaza Movement chairperson and delegation co-coordinator on this voyage, stated that: “No one could possibly believe that our small boat constitutes any sort of threat to Israel. We carry  medical and reconstruction supplies, and children’s toys. Our passengers include a Nobel peace prize laureate and a former U.S. congressperson. Our boat was searched and received a security clearance by Cypriot Port Authorities before we departed, and at no time did we ever approach Israeli waters.”

Arraf continued, “Israel’s deliberate and premeditated attack on our unarmed boat is a clear violation of international law and we demand our immediate and unconditional release.”

Struggling cities cancel Fourth of July fireworks

Mayor Bill Cervenik has spent a lifetime celebrating the Fourth of July curled up on a blanket in this city’s Memorial Park beneath bursts of fireworks across a darkened Ohio sky.

People have long considered the fireworks a treasure of this Cleveland suburb, where flags fly year-round in neighborhoods of bungalows and stores post signs for passersby to “support our troops.”

But the fireworks and singing along to “The Star-Spangled Banner” on a warm summer night — and the police and firefighters needed to manage the 30,000 people who turn out — don’t come cheap.

So this year, Euclid will have no fireworks. “I’m 55 years old and I can’t remember not going to one of these,” Cervenik said.

As the economic crisis has dragged on, city leaders around the country say fireworks are a luxury they can no longer afford. Big and small, urban and rural, the skies will remain dark over at least four dozen communities nationwide come July 4.

“It came down to this: Did we want to spend $150,000 on something that would be over in a few hours?” Cervenik said. “Or did we want to use that money to keep city workers employed?”

The news has sparked outrage and protests among residents who long to preserve an American tradition that dates to 1777. They say that fireworks displays are more than a nod to nostalgia: They allow communities to come together, set aside their woes and build up town pride — even if only for a few hours.

“Good times, bad times, there’s always been fireworks,” said Robert Baker, who heads the Fourth of July festival committee in Abington, Mass.

Baker, a shipping foreman with a shoe manufacturer, has been out of work for a year. The festival was quashed this month amid city budget fights.

“This is one more blow in a year of blow after blow,” Baker said.

In San Jose, slumping tourism and dwindling sales tax receipts shut down the city’s America Festival and its evening display over a half-mile stretch of Highway 87.

“We’re faced with balancing an $84-million budget shortfall,” said mayoral spokeswoman Michelle McGurk. “We don’t have the money to support a lot of things we’d like to.”

Some cities would rather feed their residents than entertain them. In the Los Angeles suburb of Montebello, where unemployment hovers at 12%, the City Council unanimously voted to use its $39,000 fireworks budget on donations to local food banks.

“The last food bank line I saw had more than 1,000 people in it,” said Mayor Rosemarie Vasquez. “We figured that, instead of burning the money in the air, why not give it to people who need it.”

In Lowell, Mass., Mayor Edward Caulfield canceled the city’s annual show to help save one city job. He had already cut 48.

Big cities, such as Chicago and New York, have been able to keep their shows thanks to corporate sponsors, according to the American Pyrotechnics Assn.

But Julie Heckman, executive director of the association, said that smaller communities tended to rely on a combination of city funds and local donations to pay for their displays of patriotism.

When budgets grow tight, she said, towns are forced to be creative with less.

That was the case for Punta Gorda, Fla., a community of 17,000 on the Gulf Coast. The city, devastated in 2004 by Hurricane Charley, is still rebuilding itself. The recession hasn’t helped.

When the city pulled its backing for the show over Charlotte Harbor last year, the town’s Main Street association took over.

Fundraising has been slow. The group has raised only two-thirds of what it needs. The pyrotechnic company stepped in to help: It offered a discount, a shorter show and fewer explosions.

So a much smaller show will go on, but the city came up with extra activities to make up for the abbreviated fireworks: three-legged races, water balloon tosses, hula-hooping and key lime pie-making contests.

“What do those cost?” asked Linda Dobson, executive director of Main Street Punta Gorda. “Nothing.”

In a few places, such as New Providence, N.J., a last-minute benefactor has stepped in to save the show.

After local newspapers wrote about how the town of 12,000 was canceling its holiday fireworks because of economic troubles, the local Investors Savings Bank stepped in and offered to cover the $15,000 bill.

Elsewhere, towns have just given up.

This will be the second year Carrollton, Texas, has canceled its $20,000 fireworks order and won’t have street vendors hawking plates of barbecue and buttery corn on a stick.

Residents were furious last year, said Mayor Ronald Branson. City leaders promised to try to bring the fireworks back in 2009.

But as the economy grew worse in the north Texas town of 121,000, those hopes fizzled.

Faced with a $2.3-million budget shortfall, the city is weighing whether to close City Hall and its libraries one day a week and make City Council members — who get paid $200 a month — take a pay cut.

Voters are still calling, but not to complain.

Branson said they were pleading with him to use the fireworks money to put people to work fixing city sprinklers or planting trees.

Branson, though, is still hoping next year will be different.

“We all would like to get the fireworks going again,” he said, “because it would mean the economy had turned around.”

After receiving many versions of this complaint filed via petitions and all sorts of other emails..concerning efforts to stop the upcoming planned epidemic I decided to do some digging to find the original source. The original source is from an Investigative Australian Reporter named Jane Burgermeister who filed a 173 page complaint with the FBI. Her complaint was revealed through The Natural News Website and that is where I wrote for more information. I wrote to them namely wanting the evidence and dossier this reporter used in her complaint so it would all be together for anyone else to use. And I asked for her permission to use her evidence. I was contacted today by Barbara Minton the Editor of Natural News. She told me the following…

Not surprising Jane’s site continues to be hacked. That is why I felt it was imperative to share all her evidence and her filed complaint now. We have no idea how long it will take her to get it online. Barbara included that download that I have attached it for all of you here. I encourage you to download it to your office files for safe keeping. This is the entire 107 pages of Jane Burgermeister’s filed complaint with the FBI. Complete with her evidence and her charges against the US Government, the UN, WHO, The CDC, Drug Companies, and other parties involved in this planned epidemic. We are free to use her information to file our own complaints. Just know for US citizens it will need edited. I also suggest sticking with facts and cutting out Jane’s personal commentary and all conspiracy related catch words. The facts are enough and there is no need to keep words that can only be used to discount the truth. I have not had time to read the entire 173 pages yet. I am working on it.
This is the best action I know of to take right now. A petition is not going to cut it. We need charges filed. We need court action to put a stop to it.
This week I will also be contacting a retired FBI agent from my area who is an old time friend of my Mother’s. I do not know him well at all…but I am still hoping he can help me. I want to ask him what is the weight of filing such a complaint with the FBI? How long does it take for any results to be seen from such a complaint? Does he know of someone currently active with the FBI here who can be trusted to help me? Have there been any other complaints already filed? If so can he find out the status of those complaints. I will let you all know what I find out.
Since we have been declared in a state of Emergency and since WHO has taken the threat level to the highest via level 6 we all face forced vaccines, drugging, and quarantine, if they are allowed to pull this off. Therefore the time to “talk” is over. We need action and we need it NOW. These combined viruses they are placing in these pandemic vaccines are weaponized, they are live, and they are not viruses we would ever contract naturally in the wild. They are only to be found in a lab right now and they need to be destroyed in those same labs. The people need their taxes back that have been taken to the tune of billions to pay for these toxic vaccines too. And all vaccine mandates, under all circumstances, need to be removed so that should an individual want to “freely” opt for any vaccine that is just what they are doing… opting to get one of their own free will and NOT through force. Especially not through force knowing drug companies and those people forcing the vaccines will have to pay nothing if those vaccines kill us or disable us. I want no more vaccines ever again for my precious kids…but I add this because I know there are people on this list who still have a false sense of belief in them. Therefore, just know this is not to ban your vaccines you want… it is to protect others who have educated themselves on what they are really doing to us…to have the right to refuse them at all times.
I will be sending this notice to all vaccine groups as well. One can only hope they will also post this on all their websites so the people out there feeling trapped and hopeless will see a way to fight back and end this.
In the meantime, I encourage you all to just be prepared. Use the tools we have learned together in this group. Have a good gravity water filter system on hand, lots of Vit C on hand, have plenty of food, cash on hand, backup power, etc. Doesn’t hurt to plan and it is better to be prepared verses getting ambushed. In the meantime get busy…. get others involved. Please Help me end this. Together we can move mountains. I believe that with my whole heart.

Journalist Files Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

(NaturalNews) As the anticipated July release date for Baxter’s A/H1N1 flu pandemic vaccine approaches, an Austrian investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America. These actions follow her charges filed in April against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing contaminated bird flu vaccine, alleging this was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.
Summary of claims and allegations filed with FBI in Austria on June 10, 2009
In her charges, Burgermeister presents evidence of acts of bioterrorism that is in violation of U.S. law by a group operating within the U.S. under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve, as well as WHO, UN and NATO. This bioterrorism is for the purpose of carrying out a mass genocide against the U.S. population by use of a genetically engineered flu pandemic virus with the intent of causing death. This group has annexed high government offices in the U.S.
Specifically, evidence is presented that the defendants, Barack Obama, President of the U.S, David Nabarro, UN System Coordinator for Influenza, Margaret Chan, Director-General of WHO, Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services, Janet Napolitano, Secretary of Department of Homeland Security, David de Rotschild, banker, David Rockefeller, banker, George Soros, banker, Werner Faymann, Chancellor of Austria, and Alois Stoger, Austrian Health Minister, among others, are part of this international corporate criminal syndicate which has developed, produced, stockpiled and employed biological weapons to eliminate the population of the U.S. and other countries for financial and political gain.
The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the “bird flu” virus and the “swine flu virus” in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.
Burgermeister’s charges include evidence that Baxter AG, Austrian subsidiary of Baxter International, deliberately sent out 72 kilos of live bird flu virus, supplied by the WHO in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four counties. She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.
In her April charges, she noted that Baxter’s lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.
In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.
In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.
Burgermeister’s dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.
She charges that the entire “swine flu” pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This “swine flu” is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.
WHO’s claim that this “swine flu” is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed “swine flu” are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The “swine flu” does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.
Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the “swine flu” are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of “deaths” has been documented.
There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.
Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its “primary outcome measure” an “adverse events rate”, thereby meeting the U.S. government’s own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).
She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. Media controlled by the group that is engineering the “swine flu” agenda is spreading misinformation to lull the people of the U.S. into taking the dangerous vaccine.
The people of the U.S. will suffer substantial and irreparable harm and injury if they are forced to take this unproven vaccine without their consent in accordance with the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act, National Emergency Act, National Security Presidential Directive/NSPD 51, Homeland Security Presidential Directive/HSPD-20, and the International Partnership on Avian and Pandemic Influenza.
In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.
She further charges that the complex of pharmaceutical companies consisting of Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis are part of a foreign-based dual purpose bioweapons program, financed by this international criminal syndicate and designed to implement mass murder to reduce the world’s population by more than 5 billion people in the next ten years. Their plan is to spread terror to justify forcing people to give up their rights, and to force mass quarantine in FEMA camps. The houses, companies and farms and lands of those who are killed will be up for grabs by this syndicate.
By eliminating the population of North America, the international elite gain access to the region’s natural resources such as water and undeveloped oil lands. Tim Hortons Canadian again

Coffee giant Tim Hortons Inc. is returning its home base to Canada with a plan to reorganize and convert to a Canadian-based corporation.

The popular coffee house chain (TSX: THI) is currently owned by a U.S.-based parent company after its spinoff from U.S.-based burger giant Wendy’s in 2007.

Tims says the reorganization will save money due to Canada’s lower tax rates and make international expansion easier.

The move will create a Canadian subsidiary with which Tims will merge, creating a company incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act.

Tim Hortons shareholders will hold the same amount of stock as before, and the company will continue to operate under the Tim Hortons name with stock listings on the TSX and the New York Stock Exchange. The chain has struggled to boost sales in the United States despite thriving in Canada.
